திசைகள் எல்லாம் அலையுதம்மா
கடலாம் உன்னைச் சேர மறந்து
பாதை தவறிப் போகுதம்மா
ஆற்றின் பாதை வகுத்திடுவாய் - அதன்
அறிவை உன்மேல் திருப்பிடுவாய்
போற்றி உன்னைப் பணிகின்றேன் - என்னை
ஏற்று அபயம் அளித்திடுவாய்
காற்றாய் என்னில் கலந்திடுவாய் - நெஞ்சில்
கனலாய் நின்று கனன்றிடுவாய்
ஊற்றாம் உந்தன் கருணையில் ஒருதுளி
என்மேல் தெறித்திடச் செய்திடுவாய்
நாற்றாய் உன்னை நட்டு விட்டேன் - நீ
கதிராய் வளர்ந்து நலம் தருவாய்
சேறாய்க் குழம்பிய எந்தன் மனதில்
